I apologise to everyone for sudden changes as there is some problems occurred.
I had spoken to Mr chen today.
And he said that there is a few choice to make if this happens.
Either There is an bbq or outing or nothing.
According to what Ms low said, chalet had to book 3 months before hand and now is the super peak season.
If anybody is keen to be a organizer and who wants to book a bbq pit, Mr Chen said he could help/teach he or she to book or something like that.

All not confirm yet.

Cost: $ 20.00/- per pit for pitB and G.
The size should be bigger than the other pit.
Ingredients: Not confirm yet. Tell us what do you want to eat barh. (;
Then we'll check online or go to NTUC and buy...
It sure costs more than $50/-
I think everybody should be able to afford.
Calculations: the amount of money divide by the number of people going.
